In the meantime, let me
introduce myself.

My name is Inge Broer and it is my privilege to be a mindfulness meditation teacher & energy healer.

It is my mission to help driven men and women dial back stress & dial up self-care with mindfulness meditation training.

I use a scientifically backed approach to teaching mindfulness meditation that supports you in transforming your relationship with stress so you can show up for life in a deep and fulfilling way, rather than in a way that feels anxious and spread thin.
In 2009, I heard about meditation a higher level psychology class at McGill and decided to jump in with both feet. I started my meditation journey that year with a 10-day silent retreat and have never looked back.
Ever since, mindfulness meditation has been a steady, gentle friend and has transformed every aspect of my life (for the better!).
In fact, it has been so transformative for me personally, that it has also informed my entire working life since:
  • I did a masters in Neuropsychology studying mindfulness and the brain.
  • My one-on-one energy healing work is heavily based on guiding my clients back to the present moment, as I help them heal their bodies, minds & souls and live their best lives.
  • In 2019, it was time to share mindfulness meditation with the amazing men and women in my life through the 8-week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction program.
    I have completed the MBPTI 6-day training program and am an MBSR trainee teacher.
In other news, I am also a happy resident of Nun’s Island, Montreal, I adore traveling and… in case you’re wondering, Inge is pronounced Inga ;).
